Ideal is a micro-brand with big ideals. There are just the two of us: Mark Griffiths and Debbie Griffiths. And that's how we want it to stay. It works for us and works for our clients.

Both of us are writers, editors, brand language shapers and sustainability communicators.

Mark specialises in brand insights and strategic positioning.

Debbie's passions are the environment, social responsibility and education.

Occasionally we work together, but mostly we work individually with our clients. Although we constantly bounce ideas off each other. So, you get double the creative input.

We usually work from our home office, but we're equally at home working as part of your team. We're associates with many agencies. Providing insights and inspiration. Complementing your specialism with our wordsmithing and consultancy.
