Welcome to our new ethical policy.
Ideal has always been a values-led agency, working with a wide variety of clients from all different sectors.
We especially love working with charities and commercial clients to help promote positive social and environmental change.
But it’s time for us to develop an ethical policy, because we’ve found ourselves having to say no to some work on ethical grounds.
So, let’s spell it out.
We will not work under any circumstances with clients whose main activity is:
- Armaments
- Tobacco
- Nuclear
We will also say ‘no, thank you’ if an organisation has a poor CSR record on workforce, environment, or community.
The chances of this happening are pretty rare. But, if in doubt, give us a shout and we’ll talk about it.
