There may only be two of us at Ideal, but there are three things in our business that we always try to balance: our economic performance, our impact on the environment and our contribution to society. It may be small-scale, but it all adds up.

Managing our environmental impact is guided by our environmental policy. Ideal is also a 10:10 business and a member of the 2degrees network.

Contributing to charities and our local community is something we really enjoy. It’s what we do - what clients and associates have come to expect from us.  We contribute through cause-related marketing activities, pro bono and discounted work, payroll giving, volunteering and cash donations.

All this is possible because we have a strong economic base. Thanks to a healthy mix of clients and work. This is now backed up by our ethical policy. 

And, what seems quite unusual for a company our size, is that we produce an annual CSR report showing the highs and lows. But then, we like being different!
